













Booking Payment Policy
PLEASE READ OUR BOOKING POLICY CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING AND BOOKING ON OUR WEBSITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH RELAIS MADDALENA'S BOOKING POLICY
Payment Schedule
Your booking is confirmed by Relais Maddalena with a unique booking reference number, and is guaranteed by the credit card number that you provided us during the registration
Each booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
If invalid credit card details are provided, we retain the faculty to cancel your booking with no further obligation on our side. You remain however subject to our cancellation policy
Bookings for stays up to 2 nights will be charged on your credit card 15 days before check in, in accordance with our terms of sale, unless you contact us with other instructions, or credit card details
Bookings for stays of 3 nights or more will be charged at check out.
Prepaid rates will be charged in accordance to the promotion plan of your booking, if any promotion applies.
The card details are also used in case of no show and late cancellation
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up to two (2) days before the day of arrival. For example, if the day of arrival is October 29, cancellations are accepted up to 15:00 on October 27
If you amend your booking two (2) days or less before check in date (late cancellation), or if you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (no-show), we will charge a one night amendment fee per room for every booking
In the following periods:
September 1st - November 15th
December 20th - January 10th
Monday before Easter - Easter Monday
March 15th - July 15th
we accept cancellations with no penalties up to seven (7) days
before the day of arrival
Cancellations or changes to the booking can be made online via your personal account. Otherwise, you may send an email to reserve@relaismaddalena.com or call +39 06 688.055.37 and ask for the cancellation. In case of early departure, Relais Maddalena is authorized to charge your credit card the full amount of the booking
Refund Policy
In the event of rebooking, any surplus of the balance paid will
be refunded
In case of cancellation the amount paid will be refunded in full,
except for non-refundable payments
Refunds will be credited to the credit card on which the payment
was taken
In case of late cancellation or change, or no-show, the refund
will be net of penalties
Payments and Balances
You agree to pay all the goods and services purchased and / or
confirmed through the site, and agree that Relais Maddalena will
charge your credit card for any outstanding balances, and for each
additional purchase
Add-ons may be booked through the "Add-ons" section of our
website
Add-ons are offered under the terms and conditions that are
specified in the order description
All orders will be charged, depending on the type of add-on, at
the time of booking, after the order is completed, or at check out
- unless they are modified or canceled by the guest in compliance
with our terms
If you want to pay these payments with a different credit card
than the one provided, or by any other means, please inform Relais
Maddalena of these changes in the "special request text box"
Payments can be made with credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, debit cards, bank transfer, bank check and in cash
We kindly ask you to provide us in advance with all the
information necessary to issuing the invoice
Personal Details
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
during the registration process and booking process
You are responsible for all information on your credit card
You confirm to be the legitimate owner of the credit card that you
will utilize to confirm the purchase or booking
For your increased protection, once at check in you may be asked
to exhibit the credit card you used to confirm your booking, and an
identity document
If the payment was already made, you will be also asked to sign
the receipt for the transaction
The number of your credit card is recorded in encrypted form and
cannot be read by our staff
Relais Maddalena takes appropriate measures to ensure data
security and is not responsible for any loss resulting from
improper use of your account
Hotel Rules
Check-In
The hotel is only authorized to accommodate registered
guests
For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID
card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the
reception personnel upon arrival
Check-In/Check-Out Time
Check in time is every day from 15.00 to 23.00
Check out time is every day from 9.00 to 12.00 noon
You can inform us of your arrival and departure time using the
"Add Arrival/Departure Time" feature of your online Guest Account ,
or sending an email
Early Check-In
We are glad to give you access to your room free of charge,
provided that the room is ready, starting from 10.00 am Check-ins
made between 7.30 am and 10.00 am is available at a charge
Check-ins made before 7.30 am are charged an additional night,
provided that the guests have informed the hotel of their early
arrival time and that the hotel has sent a confirmation of
acceptance
Early check-in can also be ordered through our website, however
the hotel cannot be obliged to fulfill unless the room is ready and
available at the moment of the guest's arrival
Check-Out
Check-out time is every day from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon
The payment for the booking fee and add-ons must be made at
check-out time, unless otherwise agreed
Should the guest leave the room without advice the hotel will
charge the guest's credit card
Late Check-Out
Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period and are to
check-out by 12.00 noon on the last day of their stay at the
latest
If a guest fails to do this, the hotel is entitled to bill him/her
another day's stay
In the event that the hotel has already reserved this room
beforehand, and the guest fails to heed requests to vacate the
room, or if he or she is not present in the hotel, the hotel
reserves the right to catalogue the guest's possessions and to
store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the
guest for whom it has been reserved
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using
existing beds
There is no capacity for baby cots or extra beds in our rooms, at
the moment
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast is served every morning and is included in the
room rate
Breakfast on the arrival day is not included in the booking
rate
The Early Check-In fee includes breakfast on the arrival day
Internet
Cable internet connection is available in all rooms
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our hotel
Smoking Policy
There are no smoking areas available in our hotel. Smoking in the rooms and in the public areas is not allowed
City Tax
The city tax in the City of Rome is € 2.00 per person per night
for the first 10 nights
Children under 10 years of age do not have to pay
The city tax is not included in the room rate
Lost&Found
If valuables are found in the guests' room after their departure
the guests will be informed immediately, provided the hotel was
given a valid email address or phone number
All the items of little value will be stored for 30 (thirty) days,
and if claimed will be shipped at owner's expense
If no claim is received during this period of time, the items will
be disposed of
